The overall opinion... speech was flat.
But were we surprised? It's just not McCain's forte.
Honestly, I didn't watch the speech. I heard the introductory video though.
I was busy attending an Obama campaign office opening, which was packed.
No one there was watching the speech. We all knew that McCain was going to talk about being a POW and would bash Obama. What else is new?
The Republicans sure as hell don't want to talk about policy, because they don't really stand for anything anymore other than trickle-down economics and an American Taliban-style "Pro Life" agenda.
