CA Superdelegate Wants $20 Million

Uncommitted superdelegate Steven Ybarra won't endorse until either Barack or Hillary commits to a $20 million voter registration drive aimed at Mexican American voters.

I think this is a request that should be listened to, the amount of new voters in the swing states would be huge. check out this link and read what they have to say

It seemed like blackmail the way it was reported, but it's a lot smarter investment than paying down the debt of Clinton's mismanaged campaign - as it keeps on spending! Just think, as Ybarra says, of all the new Latino citizens who McCain will be after, and what they could do - or undo - for the Democratic Party. And thinking of the huge states we could win - Texas, Colorado, New Mexico, Arizona, Florida - it's cheap.
